Delaney is a competitive problem-solver who prioritizes clear, consistent client communication to build lasting relationships founded on transparency and trust. She develops thoughtful litigation strategies and diligently guides each case through every stage – from fact investigation and discovery to dispositive motions and trial preparation – to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Delaney was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2024-2026), an honor awarded to only the top 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 in Washington State. Her recent results include:
- $30 million settlement for the family of Michael Weilert, a 13-year-old who was struck and killed on State Route 7 in Parkland, Washington.
- $900,000 settlement for a female firefighter who experienced discrimination and sexual harassment by her captain.
- Approximately $327,000 settlement for a family harmed by their insured’s bad faith handling of a significant water damage claim.
- $300,000 settlement for a 21-year-old who suffered serious head and neck injuries after being rear-ended.
Delaney represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, sexual harassment and abuse, employment discrimination, insurance bad faith, consumer protection claims, and class action litigation.
Delaney graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk at Anne Bremner P.C.
Outside of the office, Delaney enjoys playing tennis, wakeboarding, playing card games, trying new Seattle restaurants with her husband, and competing in HYROX with her sister (a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader). Although she earned her law degree from the University of Washington, Delaney received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and remains a proud Ducks fan.
