Delaney is an associate at Frey Buck P.S. and a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law.  Delaney is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.  She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

In law school, Delaney was a mediator with the UW Law Mediation Clinic where she co-mediated cases in King County Small Claims Court and helped multiple parties negotiate and reach a settlement agreement. She also was the Senior Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal, competed in UW Law’s Mock Trial competitions, and was a member of the Korean Law Student Association and the Law & Business Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Delaney was a law clerk for Anne Bremner P.C. where she drafted pleadings, communicated with clients, and helped Ms. Bremner prepare for court hearings, depositions, and an eight-week trial. While working for Ms. Bremner’s practice, she gained experience with both criminal and civil litigation.

At Frey Buck she works on a wide variety of matters from personal injury to commercial litigation and contributes to the firm’s team-based client service approach.

Delaney volunteers her time as a board member for Lawyers Helping Hungry Children.  Outside of the practice of law, Delaney enjoys having dinner with her parents, beating her brother at poker, and watching her sister cheerlead for the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoys playing city adult-league soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and running. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon and returns to Eugene for at least one Oregon Ducks football game a year.
