Delaney is a competitive problem-solver who prioritizes client communication to ensure long-lasting relationships built off transparency and trust. She prepares a litigation strategy and determinedly works through each state of it including fact investigation, discovery, and motions practice to secure successful outcomes for her clients.

Delaney is an associate at Frey Buck and works on a wide variety of both defense and plaintiff cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, employment litigation, consumer protection claims, class action litigation, and business disputes. She also represents governmental agencies and police officers. She has experience investigating into and conducting independent reviews of highly suspicious deaths and homicide investigations.

Outside her practice, Delaney enjoys traveling, playing cards, snowboarding, wakeboarding, running, and watching her sister cheerlead for the Dallas Cowboys. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon; despite earning a law degree from UW, she always roots for the Oregon Ducks.

Delaney is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.

Prior to joining the firm, Delaney was a law clerk for Anne Bremner P.C., a member of UW’s Korean Law Student Association, and a mediator with the UW Law Mediation Clinic where she helped multiple parties negotiate and reach a settlement agreement.
